I'm so grateful to have found your channel. I've always admired yoga but I really struggled with trying to follow along to routines as a beginner. Your videos are welcoming and I really appreciate that you take the time to encourage us to move at our own pace and listen to our body's. It's really helped me slow down and stopping pushing myself to the point of pain. Yoga has become such an important part of my life and I love the way it makes me feel now. I decided a few months ago that I wanted to focus on moving my body more consistently, and so I made it my goal to follow along to one of your videos every single day. Today marks 100 days in a row.
